Shipping and Processing Options
	Standard Shipping and Processing In-stock products without customization or personalization normally leave our warehouse in Norwalk, Connecticut within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) to arrive within three to five business days once your order is shipped. (This schedule may change during peak holiday shipping.) We ship via UPS or USPS domestically and an email will be automatically sent to the email address you provide with the tracking information. Express Delivery and Processing Rates are calculated by UPS daily rates based on shipping destination, weight and size of products. We can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders must be received by 12pm EST Monday through Thursday to arrive in two or three business days. We regret that this service is not available for out of stock products, over-sized products, items designated with DS* at the end of the product name, customized/personalized products and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states and routes deemed by UPS to be rural. Next Day Delivery and Processing Rates are calculated by UPS daily rates based on shipping destination, weight and size of products. We can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders must be received by 12pm EST Monday through Friday to arrive the next business day (Saturday delivery is not available). We regret that this service is not available for out of stock products, over-sized products, items designated with DS* at the end of the product name, customized/personalized products and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states and routes deemed by UPS to be rural. For rural addresses it will be a 2-3 day service.
How are delivery and processing charges calculated?
	Our domestic shipping and processing charges are based UPS (or USPS in certain areas only) daily live rates which are determined by the weight and size of each product ordered. Our international shipping and processing charges are based USPS daily live rates which are determined by the weight and size of each product ordered.
International Shipping
	Standard Shipping and Processing In-stock products without customization or personalization normally leave our warehouse in Norwalk, Connecticut within 72 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) to arrive within six to ten business days for priority shipping and three to five business days for express shipping once your order is shipped. Express shipping is only offered for Canadian shipments. Shipping times can be longer if the items are held up by customs which is out of our control. (This schedule may change during peak holiday shipping.) Rates are calculated by USPS daily rates based on shipping destination, weight and size of products.
